We begin with a brief consultation to understand your needs, answer your questions, and explore how we can best support you or your family. This is a space to share what’s been going on, at your own pace, without pressure or judgment.
From there, we guide you through the intake process, including paperwork, scheduling, and discussing your goals for therapy. Together, we’ll determine the best approach that aligns with your values, culture, and experiences.
